Tevo Little Monster linear rail upgrade parts

These parts are for the conversion of the pulley's on a Tevo Little Monster into linear rails. After the conversion it will become much quieter and way more accurate. <b>Update: 3/16/2018, added linear rail shuttle with 45mm width</b> <b>Update: 3/8/2018, Rod spacing update</b> <u>Note: TLM carriage is 45mm, while M4 slide carriages are 40mm across</u> You need either to shim the linear rail shuttles to match 45mm width or print your own <b>Update: 2/5/2018, reinforced endstop belt tab</b> <b>Update: 1/21/2018, updated the trigger flange for a better fit</b> <u>You must print this in ABS since PLA is transparent to the optical endstop LED frequency</u> You could also just tape over the trigger flange if you must print it in PLA. These parts are for a Tevo Little Monster linear rail upgrade. It includes rail alignment positioners and a plate that triggers the optical endstops along with a belt loop for the flying extruder. You will need 3 of the rail aligners and 3 of the endstop plates. The endstop plates work fine on all the 20mm * 20mm mini-Kossel shuttles that i've tested and allow you to keep the default factory position for the optical endstops. This allows you to back out the linear rail upgrade to factory in short order. I provide both the STL and Openscad files so you can customize it if necessary.
