BitBrains Dual Inverted Z lids are designed specifically for 48mm steppers, I've created this lid to be compatible with regular Tevo motors. I also offer some additional remixed BitBrain dual z designs here -> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2383861. These lids should be printed upright with support in place (this will result in a smooth top finish and perfectly seated bolt heads).
