Tevo Tarantula Flexion Extruder X-Carriage

This is a mod of the X car for the Tevo Tarantula to allow the use of the Flexion Extruder by Diabase. It is design to use the direct extruder of Diabase with a BL Touch sensor for autobed levelling. This mod use the belt lock of the excellent modular X car basic by Thingirob (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1438795). Also, due to the extra-weight on the X axis, I strongly recommend to reinforce it. In my case, instead of adding a second Z rod, I use the lead screw bearing holder by Colindo (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1784630). I keep the original X axis motor of the tarantula in order to have enought torque for the extruder. This mod needs the following printable parts: Direct Flexion Extruder X car (file n°1 V1 or V2, see below for differences) BL touch sensor spacer (file n°2) Dedicated fan duct (file n°3) Belts Locks (2) (you can find it here : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1438795) And the following non-printable parts : 2 M3x40 screws to hold the extruder motor from the back 2 M3x35 screws to hold the whole extruder assembly on the motor The Flexion Extruder by Diabase and its accessories The BL touch sensor X & Y Probe Offsets for BL Touch : X Probe offset from nozzle: - 4 mm Y Probe offset from nozzle: 64 mm I strongly recommend to do a PID autotune after the installation.
