Working from a dark background I installed a 40mm extension plate onto the mainboard mounting position. To ensure smooth filament flow I required additional clearance, which this modification provides effortlessly. This mount will expand your printer's width to approximately 29 inches, so plan accordingly for optimal performance. I printed at 60% infill and it turned out sturdy enough to support the board, MOSFET, and enclosure with ease.
