This mount allows you to use the Precison Piezo Orion bed level sensor, E3D V6 with Titan direct extruder, with Lion4H his Radial Fan Fang (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2175956). More room was needed to clear the Precision Piezo Orion mount. This also allows you to mount pancake motors up to 28mm. Rotate the Orion 90 degrees to allow room for the Radial Fan Fang. This is based on puma1824's design. for more details see puma1824's thingiverse page: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1695553.
