This is my Tevo tarantula PSU cover. The bottom part has the opening for an Uxcell® 6A 250V AC Rocker Switch 3 Pole IEC320 C14 Inlet Module Plug with Fuse. My PSU is 50.8mmx111.37. If yours is a bit different, I've included the STEP files so you can change it using your CAD tool of choice. Print Settings Printer: Tarantula Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% Notes: I used support just to make sure all the sides of the switch holes are square.
