Tevo Tarantula Titan Direct Drive X-Carriage

This is my x axis carriage for the tevo tarantula. It is designed to work the a e3D titan extruder, a pancake stepper, and a e3D v6. I designed this to center the nozzle without being wider than the stock x carriage so you shouldn't loose any x range using this carriage. because it moves the nozzle quite a bit lower than stock you may loose some z range though this depends on your set up. This carriage is designed to support the rollers from the front and back using 45mm (40mm would do but it would be close) m5 bolts. this does mean you will need to have spacers or washers to fill the space behind the roller. I originally only supported the rollers from one side and would not recommend this approach. the weight of the hotend and extruder as well as force put on during filament changes bends the axles away loosening the carriage over time. another note that I have my printer home to the positive x position so the endstop on this design is positioned accordingly. however you should be able to mirror the back plate and use the same model for a printer that homes x to zero.
