Tevo Tornado Bowden tube clamp

Tevo Tornado Bowden tube clamp

Clamp your bowden tube with a zip tie using this simple part. The push lock connector on my Tevo Tornado has always allowed the bowden tube to slip back and forth a few mm during printing, I can't attribute any print quality issues to it but it always bothered me. Lacking a spare fitting and being a big believer in the power of zip ties, I designed this clamp which fits in place of the stock plastic threaded piece and allows use of a zip tie (or hose clamp if you prefer) to secure the bowden tube. Tightening a zip tie by hand in this position, you're unlikely to put enough force on the clamp to distort the bowden tube so just clamp it down and cut the zip tie flush.
