My TMS2208 got too hot and did Y-shifts. I had a temporary fan installed and then made then duct to hold the optimum position and angle so it would fit in without interrupting other internals. This is V0.2 - I deleted V1. Improvements - outlet duct for better cooling, space underneath for wires on the plugs, simplified holes to work with 2.5mm self tapping screws - short and long *** Apologies to those that found I had a missing stl file*** This is designed to just fit at this angle using a 40mm fan 4010 You can use self taping screws to attach the two duct pieces to the fan then screw the cooler to the sides of the housing where the slotted vent holes are located. you may need washers there. Electrical attachments can be where you like - you want good wind so direct connect to 24v from the power supply will work. personally I change the firmware and use a relay off one of the spare pins, but thats a personal, optional preference. Shopping, list: 4010 24v fan 8 self taping screws (3mm x 10mm ) 4 washers for above Be careful closing up the control box - this fan just fits below the power supply and over the GenL board components, but be very careful that the screws are not touching any metal when its closed.
