TPU prints buckling in your TEVO Tornado's extruder? Print this!! This insert for the stock extruder allows you to push the PTFE tube all the way through to the extruder gears to make it much, much less likely for TPU to buckle in you extruder! Personally I printed this in PLA at 100% infill and it works perfectly when printing Sainsmart TPU (best flexible filament I've come across). Remove the extruder, take the cover off, swap the existing insert out for this one, push the PTFE tube all the way through to the tip of the insert. Then pull both inserts and the TPU out of the extruder housing, then trim the end of the PTFE tube to match the profile of the end of the insert, ideally use a sharp scalpel to do this or some fine tip cutters of some kind (or maybe nail cutters if you're really stuck for an appropriate tool), then reassemble the whole thing and print some flexible parts :D
