This is to convert the the Tevo Z axis to MGN12 linear rails. This was done in conjunction with a CR10 Dual Z axis upgrade kit. The goal was to leave as much of the stock metal pieces as possible and not radically change the printer. 360 Fusion files are included for any minor changes needed This was the orange version, but i painted it all flat black. i Used 2 x 450mm MGN12s rails Files: Drill hole guides - these line up with the side of the CR10 and stock metal pieces to drill perfectly spaced holes for the MGN12Hs. i would use a slightly lager bit then needed for fine adjustments. Spacers - 6 are needed, they are to replace the wheels and accommodate for the additional 13 mm the MGN12s adds. 6 x 2-inch/50mm 5M screws are also needed. Motor mounts - these provide the proper spacing to mount the motors. the holes are all over sized to allow for about a 2 mm shift in any direction to make the lead screw perfectly vertical. Top lead Screw supports - both sides differ in the positioning of the lead screw. this may vary on your printer. they are needed to keep the lead screw from wobbling. I used the stock bearing that came on the original lead screw and the one with the CR10 kit. Fusion 360 files are included to make it fit yours. Just edit the FIRST sketch in the timeline with your measurements. The sketch lines are all linked and will shift the rest for you. The only two measurements that need to be modified are the X and Y distances from the frame.
