This adapter can work with the first and second model of Zimpure. DISCLAIMER: This adapter has not been tested by Zimple3D. It will be tested soon. This design also incorporates a radial fan, originally designed by Gert Hanphry. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2437407 Material: PETG Layer Height: 0.1 mm (100 microns) Infill: 100% Supports: No :) Extra Materials: 2 small zip ties Instructions for mounting: PRE-SETUP: Remove the short piece of metal on the hot end housing as shown in pictures below. This can be done by bending and unbending the section over and over until the piece breaks. CAUTION! METAL IS SHARP! SANDING IS RECOMMENDED! 1. Remove the stock part cooler duct that is attached to the fan on the right of the hot end housing by unscrewing the two small screws on the bottom corners of the fan. 2. Mount the TEVO Tornado Zimpure Adapter to the original mounting place of the part cooler duct. Screw back in the two screws previously removed. 3. Insert one small zip tie in each hole at the top of the Zimpure Adapter's barrel (shown in pictures below). Weave these zipties into the openings of the hot end housing as shown in the pictures. 4. Tighten the zip ties until the Zimpure Adapter is at least 2 millimeters above the tip of the nozzle. If this is not possible, take the Zimpure Adapter off and sand the flat bottom of the print. Repeat steps 1-4 until the Zimpure Adapter has reached the proper clearance.
