I love my state and history. The Zavala flag, named for Lorenzo de Zavala, was allegedly adopted in Convention of 1836 at Washington-on-the-Brazos. It is usually portrayed as a blue field with a white star of five points central and with the letters "TEXAS," one letter at each star point. This was one of the first flags adopted by Texas. I like the design so much, I have a Zavala tattoo! I figured I should try my hand at making one! If you make it, post it!!! I would love to see! Take Care, and God Bless Texas!
