Take the top cover off and remove the rails, they slide out. Mount the rails using the brackets on an 11 degree incline, I cut 2x4s, or print the full rail wedge. Please note I have not had a chance to print the fill rail wedge as I don't have access to a printer large enough during the covid-19 shutdown. If you can print it and it needs any minor adjustments please let me know. Extend the arm with the arm extenders, they snap in to the original arm and then hot glue to keep them secure. Extend the toe brake cables, either spice or try to find the mini JST connectors and make an extension. Update: Reddit user u/ok3nr noted some play in the extender arm so I tightened the tolerance by .25mm. He also took some great pictures and let me add them.
