This is a TFT display bezel that holds a "2.8 TFT SPI 240x320 V1.2" display on the front panel of a project panel. 4 machines screws hold the bezel on the panel with the display module trapped between the panel and the bezel. 4 clearance holds need to be drilled in your panel as well as a slot along 1 edge for the display connection plug. The display is held in the bezel by 4 posts that can have a blob of hot glue added after the display is installed. The display SD card slot is not used, but probably could be by adding a slot to the top of the bezel. The active display area of the LCD is not centered on the module board, but is centered in the bezel. The bezel could be made a little smaller, but the current size looked good on my panel. Full openscad source is included so you can change whatever you like. It would be easy to add a few LED indicator holes if you need them for your specific project. This project was derived from my previously posted dehumid-case. It is basically the top half of the dehumid-case with the sizes adjusted for the TFT display module. You can optionally enable printing a drilling guide at the bottom of the main code. This helps getting things lined up on a front panel. The drilling guide can also be used as a back cover, although it is a little thin as designed. If you need a thicker piece to be used as a back cover, I suggest changing the code to increase the thickness from 0.9mm to something like 1.6mm.
