I found that I have the best luck on my Replicator2 of printing directly on the acrylic bed, but removal of prints with alot of surface area against the bed can be a pain. After much trial and error, I have come across the best one-two punch for removing prints from your print bed. The tool on the left is a simple paint scraper which holds old-school razor blades and is usually used to scrape paint off of windows. The tool on the right is actually sold at Wal-Mart as a food chopper and is essentially a flat piece of stainless steel rolled on one end for a handle and with a beveled blade on the other. I slide the razor blade carefully around all edges to start the print loosening and then use the chopper under the loosened edge to pop off the print. Works perfect and haven't ruined or failed on a single print! Enjoy!
