The "Bubble" An autonomous smart vehicle

This is my Genius Hour Presentation website. My project is an autonomous, electric, smart, transportation land vehicle. My topic question/driving question was how can I develop something that will benefit health, transportation, and life overall. I have designed a 3D printable file/design to show my vehicle. I got my idea for my project while I was in my car going to soccer practice, as always there was traffic and I was like, "Why is there even traffic", I did some research and found out most traffic is cause by people not following driving laws, and accidents. That got me thinking, what if we could take the human aspect of the driving. There are already made"smart cars" but these still rely on humans to drive them. Another thing that inspired me was a lego mindstorm which we program to drive around the game field, why couldn't we do that for a normal car. The last thing that inspired me was the bubbles from "Meet The Robinson" which is there form of an "autonomous transportation vehicle. My vehicle is a smart vehicle taxi/tram type system. It use radio waves to signal between one another allowing a total autonomous vehicle. It is a small interlocking, and adjustable. It works like an taxi, you put in your location and it takes you there. It will use an algorithm (which would be an if-then) that shows basically a preset map, which it uses to communicate between other vehicles.
