The project shows the exploration in the relationship between digital fabrication and how it led to the change to current human living spaces. This will be tested in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and to show how the digital fabrication and unusual material can be a solution for a living issue in the meantime. The project location began from the research of the major type of residential of the UK — traditional British terrace house. The goal is not to demolish existing buildings, but using new techniques to co-exist and to hybrid the new and old, to create a new type of living system that not only reach the needs of residents under the lockdown background but also maintain the historical place spirit.
