The Cross of Iris

The method of production I chose to use for this is Poly jet due to the small details i used on this pendent. The nature of jewelry leads to small and detailed parts witch the use of ploy jet can easily produce meanwhile other printers would struggle with the small chamfers and thin walls i used to create this cross would be difficult for a normal printing methods. What inspired me was a harly Davidson cross and the eye featured in the game breath of the wild with a twist of tribal influences. The meaning of my design is to invoke self reflection of the inner thoughts that influences your surroundings and to become more aware of your influences on others. I wanted to give the symbol meaning alike to how many simple tribal tattoos represent an ideology.
