Tired of the wimpy belt clamps on your hadron? Well, this is a beefy, sturdy, and parameterized solution. This clamp will not fail! I run at 200mm/sec which requires some very tight variances on the ord (run motors with fans, all eccentric spacers at full tension, lots of tension on the belts, etc...). This clamp is designed to accommodate such use. Version 2 added, now with wings. The little wings serve as a guide for centering the belt on the teeth. Designed specifically to go with version 5 of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:170086 The clamp can be modified to fit any hole pattern, the default is just my preference (12 teeth per side, with a wide distance between the mounting holes for stability). Additionally, the clamp can be customized for any belt by changing the tooth-pitch, etc... Instructions The Crushinator demands the following sacrifice: 2 m3x16 bolts (button head) 3 m3 nuts 1 m3x25 or m3x30 bolt Print the part (adjust mount hole spacing and tooth count as desired) Drill out Mount and enjoy Countersink and nut traps designed to be printed without support material. Orientation set so that the teeth print last, on the top, for highest quality edges.
