The Egg (Designer office desk/furniture)

This was a project I did for my entrance portfolio for design school many many years ago. I was only a teenager when I built it. Thought it would make a fun CAD project. it's built out of 1" and .64" pieces of melanin and .764" thick pine wood. I used a jig saw to cut pieces out, hand sanded the radii on the pine and finished the melanin with trim. Obviously the overall design is unique and flowy with a cool suspended cantilever effect on one end. I called it the egg because of the oval shapes. I still use it to this day it's super functional. The picture was taken a long time ago (hence the 14" CRT monitor lol...ewwwwww). comments and likes are welcomed.
