At first let me say a huge thanks a lot to „truegrits617“ for the original designed parts. Next thank you goes to „danny_cyanide“ for the interior Emperor Titan head, that finally helped me to decide how big the Titan should be in the end. Scale size finally +390%. All parts are made to fit into a Creality CR-10 build volume. Also I was trying to close gapes for a more comfortable FDM printing time. Please simply mirror the usual left and right parts. For a model of this size, I prefer the following settings: - Layer high 0,2mm, that is enough and you will save time, trust me you want to safe that time ;-) - Layer high 0,1mm, for fine and small parts - Wall 2,0mm, for all load-bearing parts, enogh in combination with infill to resist all impacts. - Wall 1,2mm, for most other parts - Infill 20%, for all load-bearing parts and. - Infill 20%, with 1 step for most other parts. - Support pattern, i prefere tree structure with top layer, will save you a lot of PLA and time ;-) I will use neodymium disc magnet with hole, because of that I have also prepared some big parts to be screwed on. I will glue all parts that have to be glued with “dichlormethan” aka “technicoll108” as I have the possibility to glue under a hood in the laboratory, alternatively i use “UHU plus final 300” or “UHU hard plastic” for gluing at home. My excel chart says that the total printing time is about 91 days and that about 16 kg PLA is needed. Gentlemant and of corse Ladys, let the print starting, happy printing. EDIT 13.09.2020 I have added my excel chart converted to PDF as handout for easyier print part overwatching. EDIT 18.10.2020 Added a bigger void shield part because in the rules the ET have 8 of them and not 12 because of that the parts can be bigger and it looks better for me. Added a new plasma cannon gun body now with rivets.
