I needed some new lighting so I printed it. ;-) I printed it with rather thick walls out of concern for the PLA melting. This has not happened with the spots in upright (lamp on top) positions. However, be careful about this. You can optionally add a screen with the stylized profile of a cat, a bat, or whatever night critter happens to be your fave. Instructions You will need 1 x base and either 1 x cylinderslots or 1 x cylinderholes. Uses 2 x M4x25 bolts , 2 x m4 nuts and 4 to 6 x m4 washers. Fits a type of spotlight commonly seen here. Use a fluorescent or led source.. Please bear in mind that if you insist in using it with a 50W halogen source, especially in an inverted position, the plastic may melt, a short may result, your house may burn down to tiny ashes, and / or your country may start nuking innocent people.
