The Herbault - A Sculpted 60% Modified-Tray-Mount Keyboard Case

I have been trying to sculpt an interesting keyboard case design, but, despite my best efforts, each and every one of my designs has broadly fallen into one of three categories: (1) ergonomic pillow; (2) horseshoe crab; and (3) molar. This one falls firmly within ergonomic pillow territory. This case is compatible with 60% PCBs and plates of standard size (i.e., 285.752 mm x 95.252 mm), such as the GH60 or DZ60 and their corresponding plates. As is, the case probably will not accommodate GK61 or GK64 PCBs or plates, which are larger than the standard size, though you could try increasing the size of the model to fit them. The case does not depend on any particular standoff configuration. Instead, it uses four 2.5 mm squares in the corners of the tray and two isosceles triangles (base angle = 30 degress) at the top-center and bottom-center of the tray, which should support most PCBs, regardless of standoff configuration. I used this configuration in a different case because it allowed me to (1) print the two halves of the case upright to avoid pixelation along the incline and simultaneously (2) avoid the use of supports. By contrast, the use of standard standoffs would have required supports. This non-standard configuration worked well in the previous print, but I am not sure whether it is the optimum configuration here. Please note that, as a result of this standoff configuration, the PCB is not affixed to the case in any way. Finally, please note that I have not yet printed this model out, so cannot give any assurances about whether it is feasible or practical.
