While in Thailand me and my friend came across this somewhat addictive bar game and when coming back, I didn\'t have enough money to get my own (well budgeted trip ;). I thought \"Oh well.. no worries thou, I have a Makerbot. I\'ll make my own and with some improvements.\" So I decited to create a travel version of the game. Not like the big and bulky one they sell over there but small, sleek and pocket size. Something you can take with you on travels and stuff. And also I wanted to design it so that you wouldn\'t need extra parts to assemble it. (If you own a makerbot, you can make this in the middle of the desert if needed) (and for a added bonus. I included one extra set of game pieces that read instead of \"Jackpot\" but \"TheGame\") For this you can either use jmil:s dices that has more realistic corners ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:925 ) or mine that has sharp corners. Instructions Print all the parts. (The lid is optional) Clip off the lid supports. Use soldering iron (or glue) to combine the left and right parts together. Take a little more than box length of filament and put it thru all the game pieces in order (and box sides) and infuse the filament to the box sides. Take 2 pieces of filament (or one long one the length of the box) a little longer than first hinge but long enough so it goes well in to the lid hinge and infuse it to the sides. -DONE- --Instructions for the game-- This game is really fast to play and has really versatile rules (with rules the difficulty can be adjusted). Subtract, multiply, divide, etc... Basic rules: The main idea is to flip all the pieces up so that they read \"Jackpot\". You do this by rolling two dices and using either ones number OR their combined number to flip up the game piece. This is repeated until you can\'t flip anymore or the pieces read \"-Jackpot-\" And for a experience I can tell that 1 in 50 usually goes thru (imagine after that if it would read \"TheGame\" ;). Example (\'addition\' rule): You have pieces 1-9 up and you roll 3 and 5. Then you can flip 3, 5 or 8. Dual player rules (for example): The other takes all the pieces down and other all up. Then at start both choose 4 pieces to either stay up or down. (4 up, 4 down and one joker) After the throw player can either choose to put other players piece down or their own up. Continue until the throwing player gets all their pieces up/down... (Can take few beers to clear the winner :) And when you\'re done playing the lid locks in place and keeps the dices and stuff sealed inside for the next gaming experience.
