The Kensington Runestone

A 202-pound (92 kg) chunk of greywacke and calcite engraved with 12 lines of runes, 9 on the front, and 3 on the side. Dimensions: 30×16×6 inches (76×41×15 cm). Scanned with Artec Eva and Space Spider. Eva was used to scan the entire stone, while Space Spider scanned the runes themselves, after which all scans were combined into one final model. Scanning duration: all scans were completed in under one hour. Post-processing time: 1 hour for initial color results, 4 hours for final high-resolution results. The model was simplified for faster loading on sketchfab.
