73.32 % change in mass from original. While this design is only 2% heavier than my previous designs, it actually PASSES all the FEA tests! I had to create a custom material in Inventor 2013 because the standard library material specs for Ti-6Al-4V are WRONG! I pulled the correct details from Solidworks and performed the FEA tests based on this. FOR ALL THOSE USING INVENTOR 2013 I HAVE INCLUDED THE CORRECT MATERIAL IN THE DOWNLOADS FOLDER ON THIS PAGE.
