#HALOTBUILDING Praça dos Três Poderes, in Brasília, Brazil, is a large open space between the three monumental buildings that represent the three powers of the Brazilian republic: the Palácio do Planalto, seat of the Brazilian Executive, the seat of the Supreme Court, the court maximum of the Judiciary, and the National Congress of Brazil. As in almost all public places in the city, the urban part was designed by Lúcio Costa and the buildings were designed by Oscar Niemeyer.
