NOTES FOR PRINTING: I would recommend printing out this model upright, to eliminate pixelation along the curves. Also, you can try placing dampening material on the bottom of the case. It is easier to do so with this case because there are no center standoffs to cut around. But I'm not sure yet whether I like the sound better with or without dampening material. The latter seems to be thockier. At some point I also plan to try adding some dampening material to the standoffs, to see how it effects the bottom-out feel. BACKGROUND: This case allows for either tray mounting or ring gasket mounting (using the technique described by HugoKeys in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eP4Cz-8rdz4&t=1s&ab_channel=HugoKeys). The case is compatible with 60% PCBs and plates of standard size (i.e., 285.752 mm x 95.252 mm), such as the GH60 or DZ60 and their corresponding plates. As is, the case probably will not accommodate GK61 or GK64 PCBs or plates, which are larger than the standard size, though you could try increasing the size of the model to fit them. The case does not depend on any particular standoff configuration. Instead, it uses four 2.5 mm squares in the corners of the tray and two isosceles triangles (base angle = 30 degress) at the top-center and bottom-center of the tray, which should support most PCBs, regardless of standoff configuration. This particular standoff configuration allows the model to be (1) printed upright (after splitting it into halves), thereby eliminating pixelation along the curve and, simultaneously, (2) printed without supports, whereas standard standoffs would have required supports. Please note that, as a result of this standoff configuration, the PCB is not affixed to the case in any way. Update Aug. 21, 2020: The sides on the previous version were not parallel with the y-z plane. Version 2 fixes that issue. Update Aug. 29, 2020: Edited to reflect that I have now successfully printed out this model. Note re printing added. Update Sept. 7, 2020: Added remarks regarding ring gasket mounting.
