As much as I certainly appreciate the original design, I could not bring myself to use a couple of bearings just for the hinge. So I reworked the lid in Fusion 360 so that it fit with just the center pins that were used to hold the bearings. It still works the same, just not quite as over the top. Print it with the instructions in the original post.
