"The Orbiter CR" 140g direct dual drive Extruder for Creality and delta printer types

This is an upgrade for the Orbiter direct extruder (lightest 140g) to fit Creality family printers (Creality CR10, Ender 3, Ender 3 pro). The main difference from the original orbiter is the Housing in which the BMG gears are flipped so the filament is closer to the stepper motor. This allow to move the Orbiter towards the front of the printer by 9mm, thus avoiding the collision with the printer frame. Using the stepper from LDO additional 1.5mm clearance is gained.
