The physical unit circle gives you the sine and cosine of any angle you turn the front dial to. In addition to the 3d objects in this file you will need Emmetts gear bearing. Default values of the physical unit circle matches default values of emmets gear bearing. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: prusa i3 Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% Post-Printing Assembly. Make sure the gear bearing turns smoothly. Push the hexagonal rod through the center of the bearing. Place the bearing in the back of the face plate. Mont the front dial on the front and the rear dial at the back. Push the linear guides in to the sine and cosine dial, and drag them back and forth until there is no friction. (Any friction or wiggle here will make the dial very hard to turn and possibly lock up.) Put the linear guides into place at the back of the face plate. ( With the sine and cosine dials mounted.)
