Goals of the Project 1. Create an articulating arm that can be used to hold phones, cameras or whatever you can imagine. 2. Try to gear everything around 1/4-20 Nut and Bolts. They're very cheap, easy to get and come in various sizes. Any other hardware should be available at homedepot. 3. Creating interconnecting parts/joints that only needed to be printed once and using the various bolt lengths as a way to resize or adjust the size of the part. 4. Open source the whole project. With the source models as examples, people can easily create new parts or improve existing ones.
