The Rise Slide is a platform sandal with a unique tread. It has a smooth, shaped foot bed, and a faceted platform and base. The cutout in the platform of the sandal adds to the design and allows for an elastic strap to be attached to make the sandal fully functional. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: PRINT ORIENTATION: The Rise Slide is designed to be printed on its side. The flat outside edge of the sandal should be the base of the print. If printed correctly, no support material is needed. Post-Printing Material Requirements: -2in-thick elastic strap (a waistband material is a good option) -thread and needle -super glue -sand paper (optional) Step 1: Sanding Sand your Rise Slides as desired. Step 2: Add the Strap Thread elastic strap through cutout and sew ends together securely. Then use super glue to secure the sewn part of the strap into the indent inside the cutout underneath the foot bed. [complete for each sandal] Step 3: Wear it! Enjoy your Rise Slides!
