The Royal Game of Ur

The Royal Game of Ur

prusaprinters

This is thought to be one of the oldest board games known to man. The royal game of Ur pits 2 players against each other in a race to score 7 points. The game seems initially to be a game of chance but quickly evolves into a tactful battle of the minds.

This print comes split in 2 as to fit onto most printers but can be scaled down if need be. The game also comes with a built-in drawer for the player tokens and the die making it essentially a travel board game (not that you should be travelling during the COVID 19 lockdown... stay at home)
The basic rules of the game can be found in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZskjLq040I

You must print:

1x Playing Board Part 1
1x Playing Board Part 3
1x Drawer
1x Drawer Knob
14x Token
4x D4

I hope you enjoy this little game and hope that the interest in it inspired you to do your own research into the ancient world whilst keeping you from the tiring boredom of the modern world.

Print instructions

I've printed this with a .6 mm nozzle with no problem so anything lower should be fine.
