I've seen many versions of similar designs but they're not to my liking so I made my own using Fusion 360. This is in my opinion the simplest hand drill vortex mixer you can make. Just one part printed out cleanly without support and no bearing required. I've included two versions. One for the 38mm diameter bottles I have and a smaller one for the fancy pant Vallejo paint bottle since it's very popular. I've not tested the Vallejo version(should also work for Reaper MSP and Army Painter) since I don't have any of those, please let me know if they work. Also the shaft of the attachment is 9mm in diameter and 20mm in length. Please note that the holder is intentionally made shallow(7mm deep) and slightly bigger than the bottle size. This is to reduce the friction between the bottle and the holder when spinning. The bottle is suppose to sit loosely in the attachment and shake in a circular fashion. It should not spin when in use as it is held in place by the friction of the hand. Warning! This thing is addictive like the fidget spinner. I spent a few days mixing paint more than painting after I made it.
