The print orientation gives high elasticity and good resilience. It will also work great as cable holder. The model is quite thin, so I suggest to use either glue or easy removable adhesive tape to attach the hook. I was testing hooks made of PLA. Such hook can hold ~1kg load easily. It is only 0.43m or 1.30 gr of PLA.
