The Sonnet

I’ve been obsessed with trying to model a Spaceship for months. This is “The Sonnet”, Inspired by Sci-Fi TV show “The Expanse”, I wanted to make something that was a little outside the norm for spaceship design. Following the guidelines of “The Expanse” I made a ship that dispenses with beautiful curves and redundant wings in favor of something utilitarian. I started with the large sphere of the reactor chamber and then modeled the engines followed by the main body. Last but not least i Modeled some low poly Point Defense Cannons and the Railgun. I envision this ships niche as that of a cargo freighter that could double as a light weight long range warship if pressed into service.
