Asset for Cities Skylines. Start was developed at the plant SARB in Severodonetsk in 1964 - 1970. The minibus was developed taking into account the automotive fashion of that time. The horizontal fins, the four headlights are characteristic for cars of that period. It was produced in small batches at a plant in Severodonetsk and Lugansk in connection with the state’s disinterest in production. It was used on routes in Moscow, Crimea and other territories of the Soviet Union.
