Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/fUJuNLSlnFk Instructions well it is a combination of flattened cylinders put in a star pattern and then spun until it is a complete circle (you can see what I mean if you look at the design in tinkercad ) and then you hole off most of it with a large square with hole turned on.
