The State of Texas Coaster

I've only ever been to the US once but one place I do want to go one day is Texas.  Lovely people, great food, great music and generally the culture of 'welcome!'.  They've had a bit of a rough time recently so this is my tribute to the people of that great state.  I'd better start working on a Florida one right now I guess...
