This is the Toleromancer. A simple and small print to fine tune your printer parameters for fitment. This print is used to really lock in the Linear Advance (marlin) or Pressure Advance (reprap) values ensuring correct assembly fitment. The file consists of proportionally offset interlocks sized as such: 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 2.5mm. The file is available in 4 "flavors": 200 micron - loose fit 100 micron - tolerant fit 50 micron - expert fit 1 micron - extra tight fit, for bragging rights Usually having no Linear Advance or Pressure Advance set up it shouldn't fit really well. The picture shows no pressure compensation on the left and tuned compensation on the right. Fitment is 100 micron. The prints were performed with a 0.4mm nozzle.
