Greedy or not, here it comes! This is not your standard greedy cup... oh, no! This cup is much more devious! Here is my own personal twist on a 2000+ year old prank from ancient Greece. I designed it specifically to meet the criteria for the Make 2017 April Fools Day design challenge. I made all of the devious features on this cup very obvious and noticeable, but that doesn't mean you'll figure out the solution to the puzzle easily. You can see the full write up on my contest submission (and the solution to the puzzle) here: http://community.makezine.com/share/TacPar/the-twisted-tantalus-cup-be02d3 For the non-puzzle practical joke version, download and print the file labeled "pure evil" instead. I personally like the full-sized mug, but depending on your printer, you may want to scale it down a bit first. 75-80% is still a good size if your printer can handle it. 50% scale is a bit too small. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 4 Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Don't use supports or you might brick your cup by blocking the flow! How I Designed This 100% OpenSCAD I may post the original SCAD script eventually, but it needs some serious cleanup first.
