Hi, my name is Vlad. I posted this version of the 4.2ch portable sound system in the hope that those who will see it will help me so I can finish and then I can build with the help of a custom made company. This project is in college needing many things to complete. The subwoofer housing (115 x 90mm ) supports 2x 5W and the satellites (115 x 90.62mm) 4x 3W 50mm drivers. This project is based on razer mako and ferrox (the first product is discontinued). I was able to combine those to create a more powerful system that is portable and can be powered from PC with 2x USB ports or an external battery pack. There is a kube 2 mp3 player that can fit inside the subwoofer to play music stored on a MicroSD or with the 3.5mm jack from the system. There is a lot of work with cables wich require cutting and soldering in order to make the connections in such tight space. The grill mounting must be checked and material used could be ABS plastic with a 3D print technology. The cables required are described in the files but can be different. I did chose these because i have a local online supplier. I do want to start with something small like this and scale to 10.2ch from two cinema sound systems from wich i can take the parts and mounting then to a wood cabinet like this design. I know that this domain is very small and this concept needs a lot of testing. For the last description I want those who modify-complete it (deadline is: the end of this year) to remember that the system is for a project where I have to prove that it can achieve.
