The Ultimate box maker enhanced

The original Ultimate box is a great starting point and I complemented it with some features I was missing in the fantastic template we get offerd by Heartman, New variables: -VHoles (make ventilation holes into the box) Holewdt, defines the width as the orignal where too large. -PCBFix (makes bottom and side holders, no screw needed) additionally you need to define PCBHight (level over ground), PCBLength, PCBWidth and PCBThickness (1.6mm by default). -ShowPCB allows to visualize the PCB inside the box. -Some more colors where added. v1.1 changed holes to Vholes, Holes now removes holes in boddy v1.2 sorry, 1.1 did not work as expected. Added also Fix at front and back of the PCB. v1.3 fixed Board holder colliding with legs
