Remix of the 2x scaled Version of the ultimat gear sphere. printed in laywood and laybrick. core in abs. files are modified to work with DIN 912 Screws Size: M6x20mm the core is hollowed by a 40mm sphere wich saves around 2m filament and 30min printing time for me... Instructions you need: 32x M6x20mm Screws 1x Core_hollowed_DIN_912.stl 12x Plug_DIN_912.stl 8x Small_Gear_DIN_912.stl 10x Big_Gear_DIN_912.stl 2x Big_Gear_dent_DIN_912.stl -OR- 2x Big_Gear_knobed_DIN_912.stl complete parts print time in my case: ~11hours the holes for the screws have 6.3mm at the M6 part and 11mm for the head of the screw. Scaling Tips: 50% (0.5 in slic3r) should give you 3,15 and 5,5mm. M3 Screw is 2,9 and 5,4mm -> should fit, but could get a bit tight at the head of the screw... 83,33% (0.833) for M5 66,66% (0.666) for M4 or if you can´t get enough 133% (1.333) for M8 :)
