The ultimate[r] spool holder with filament guide

This remix integrates a filament guide into The Ultimate Spool Holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2251103). I previously used the spool holder with a separate guide, but the filament kept wrenching clip-on guides off the shelf and the attached printer guide did not leave enough space for the filament to bend when the extruder was up high. Here, the guide is seamlessly integrated into the holder. To create one set of holders, you'll need three parts from the regular holder and one additional part featuring the integrated guide.
