The Vault (a print-in-place trifold wallet)

<p>The Vault Wallet is a design exploration of a 3d-printed trifold wallet. </p><p>While it won't win any awards for minimalism, it does make a statement.</p><p>It features two print-in-place hinges, individual card slots for 4 cards, and a general purpose slot that can hold 1-3 more cards, and/or some cash, business cards, etc.</p><p>I printed this in PLA (Prusament Viva la Bronze at 210C pictured), vertically as shown, with a 0.6mm nozzle at a .35mm layer height. Print time was about 4 hours 32 minutes.</p>
