Thermacell refill adapter - remixed

Remixed it to minimize leak on Thermacell side and to make it fit the refill canister from "Biltema". Also included generic model with conical hole that should fit most (if not all) refill canisters. I glued my adapter to the refill canister using hot melt adhesive. It goes without saying that if you use open fire (ligh a lighter) to melt the glue DO NOT do it near the refill canister. You may need to experiment with horizontal expansion (or use the OpenSCAD-file to generate your own model) if it's too loose or to tight.
