It uses 40mm circular discs , you can use ZnSe or Germanium instead too. It uses 4x4mm circural magnets to add a small resistance when opening. Print with 0.15mm layer, 100% infill, 3 or 4 perimeters and if possible - use a ironing on top parts to make the gap non existent. Design uses m3 screws. 3 of them to hold in place, and one long to connect the parts.
